WAGR SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Coverage

WAGR currently delivers across most serviceable pin codes within India. Serviceability depends on the availability and operational coverage of our logistics partners. Customers can verify whether delivery is available to their location by entering their pin code at checkout.

While we strive to provide nationwide coverage, certain remote, restricted, or inaccessible regions may experience limited or unavailable delivery services. WAGR reserves the right to decline or cancel orders that cannot be serviced due to operational limitations.

Order Processing & Standard Delivery Timelines

All confirmed orders are processed after successful payment verification or order confirmation in the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Standard delivery is available on all eligible orders placed on the WAGR platform. Orders are generally delivered within 2–7 Business Days from the date the order is placed. Business Days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:
• Delivery location and pin code
• Courier partner operations and capacity
• Product availability
• Weather conditions or natural disruptions
• Public holidays or regional restrictions
• Accessibility of remote or non-metro areas

Orders shipping to metro cities are typically delivered faster than orders shipping to remote or semi-urban regions.

Delays During Festive Seasons & High Demand Periods

During festive seasons, major sale events, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or periods of unusually high order volume, shipments may experience delays beyond the standard estimated delivery timelines.

While WAGR and its logistics partners make reasonable efforts to ensure timely deliveries, customers acknowledge and accept that certain delays may occur due to circumstances beyond operational control.

In case of significant shipment delays, WAGR may proactively communicate updates via email, SMS, or WhatsApp wherever possible.

Shipping Charges

WAGR offers Free Shipping on all eligible prepaid and COD orders with a cart value above ₹1000.

Orders below ₹1000 may attract shipping charges depending on:
• Product category
• Delivery location
• Courier serviceability
• Weight and dimensions of the shipment

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

WAGR reserves the right to revise shipping charges, promotional shipping offers, and free shipping thresholds at any time without prior notice.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible products and serviceable pin codes subject to operational feasibility and courier availability.

A flat COD handling charge of ₹50 per order shall apply on all COD orders irrespective of cart value.

WAGR reserves the right to:
• Disable COD on specific products or locations
• Restrict COD for customers with repeated failed deliveries or Return-to-Origin (RTO) history
• Modify COD availability without prior notice

Customers opting for COD are requested to ensure that someone is available to accept and pay for the order at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once an order is dispatched from the warehouse or fulfillment partner, customers will receive shipment tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, depending on the communication details provided at checkout.

Customers may also track their order status directly through their WAGR account, wherever applicable.

Please note that shipment tracking links may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch confirmation has been generated.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple products, multiple brands, or products fulfilled from different warehouses or fulfillment partners may be shipped separately and delivered in multiple shipments.

In such cases:
• Separate tracking details may be provided for each shipment
• Products may arrive on different dates
• Additional shipping charges will not be levied solely due to split shipments unless explicitly stated during checkout

WAGR reserves the right to split orders whenever operationally necessary for faster and more efficient fulfillment.

Failed Delivery Attempts & Return-to-Origin (RTO)

Courier partners may attempt delivery up to three (3) times before marking the shipment as undeliverable.

Deliveries may fail due to reasons including but not limited to:
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
• Customer unavailable during delivery attempts
• Refusal to accept the shipment
• Failure to pay COD amount

If delivery remains unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the shipment may be returned to the warehouse or seller partner and marked as Return-to-Origin (RTO).

WAGR reserves the right to:
• Charge re-shipping fees for re-dispatch requests
• Restrict COD access for repeated RTO cases
• Cancel future orders suspected to be fraudulent or intentionally refused

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Products

Customers are advised to inspect their package immediately upon delivery.

In case a customer receives:
• A damaged product
• An incorrect product
• An expired product
• Missing items from the shipment

The issue must be reported to WAGR within 48 hours of delivery, along with:
• Order ID
• Clear images/videos of the product and packaging
• Description of the issue

Failure to report issues within the specified timeline may impact eligibility for replacement, refund, or further investigation.

WAGR reserves the right to verify all claims before approving any replacement or refund request.

Delivery Address Changes

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact information entered during checkout are complete and accurate.

Address modification requests may only be accommodated before the order has been dispatched. Once a shipment has been handed over to the courier partner, address changes may not be possible.

WAGR shall not be held liable for delivery failures, delays, or losses resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Policy Updates & Modifications

WAGR reserves the right to modify, update, amend, or replace this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any changes to this policy shall become effective immediately upon being published on the WAGR platform.

By continuing to use the platform and place orders after such changes are published, customers acknowledge and agree to the updated Shipping Policy.
